No, and you should run from anyone who does. Those outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control (competition, timing, community mood). What we CAN guarantee: professional launch assets, strategic positioning, authentic community engagement, and a dedicated team working to maximize your visibility.
What if my product isn't ready yet?
We can still do the video and strategy work, then schedule the actual launch for when you're ready. But honestly, most founders over-wait. If you have something that solves a real problem and doesn't crash, you're ready enough for community feedback.
Do you work with non-SaaS products?
No. We only work with SaaS products. We focus on B2B SaaS, dev tools, and productivity software because that's what we know best. If you're selling consumer hardware, e-commerce, or lifestyle products, we are not the right fit.
What is the payment process?
After our initial discovery call, if we decide to move forward, payment must be made upfront to secure your slot. This is non-negotiable. Producing professional launch assets requires significant team resources, and we cannot start work on unpaid agreements. We will send a legally binding contract for you to e-sign, and work begins immediately after payment is processed.
Can I revise the launch video?
Yes, we offer 2 rounds of revisions for the product launch video. We want to make sure it perfectly represents your product, but we also need to keep the process moving efficiently to hit your launch date.
What's your refund policy?
If we don't deliver the promised deliverables (video, posts, strategy docs), you get a full refund. However, once work has started and assets are being produced, refunds are not available. We only take on products we believe in to avoid this situation entirely.
How soon can we start?
We process 4-5 SaaS launches per month to maintain quality. Please respect our time—only book a call if you are ready for potential 10K users and ready to proceed with the investment. If slots are available and payment is made, we can kick off within 3-5 business days.
