By accessing or using StartupStarter's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

StartupStarter provides done-for-you SaaS launch services, including but not limited to:

• Product Hunt launch strategy and execution
• Reddit community marketing and posting
• Hacker News submission and engagement
• Community building and engagement
• Launch day coordination and support

We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or traffic numbers. Launch outcomes vary based on product quality, market timing, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your product
• Ensure your product is ready for launch (functional, tested, and publicly accessible)
• Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals
• Comply with all platform rules and guidelines (Reddit, Product Hunt, Hacker News, etc.)
• Not engage in any activities that violate platform terms of service

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before services commence. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect services already purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your product, brand, and content. By using our services, you grant StartupStarter a limited license to use your product name, logo, and screenshots for the purpose of creating launch materials and promoting your launch on various platforms.

6. Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your product and our launch activities comply with all applicable platform rules, including but not limited to Reddit's self-promotion guidelines, Product Hunt's launch rules, and Hacker News submission guidelines. StartupStarter will make reasonable efforts to comply with platform rules, but you bear ultimate responsibility for compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

StartupStarter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Services may be cancelled by either party with written notice. If you cancel before services have commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Once services have begun, no refunds will be provided except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
